What Happens at the Judging?
- All photographs are given a number and code for the appropriate category.
- All photographs are judged anonymously.
- All photographs are displayed by category on boards as seen in a photographic gallery.
- Judges are unable to see the names or salon names of the entries.
- Any judge who has an entrant in a category in their employ, or has given advice to any entrant in a category, is not allowed to judge that category.
- As each judge completes their judging form for one category, their form is handed to the auditors.

- Once marks are handed into the auditors they cannot be changed.
- The whole procedure is supervised and strictly controlled.
