British hairdressing awards entry checklist

Before sending your entry, read through this check list to ensure that your entry is eligible:

• Read the rules and made sure you are eligible to enter your category.
• Checked that your four prints measure 10”x 8” (portrait) including borders.
• Labelled the back of each photograph with your name, salon name, address and category.
• Enclosed 'before' Shots of each model used (if applicable to the category entered).
• Enclosed Polaroids (if applicable to the category entered).
• Enclosed questionnaire as required. (Check rules for your category).
• Completed the entry form
• Stated the region you are entering on the entry form
• Had your entry form authorised by your salon owner/manager if required
• Enclosed the entry form with your photographs
• Ensured that the entry will meet the deadline of 5.00pm Friday 27th June 2008
