What's your biggest achievement?

Personally: My two wonderful boys; they are a credit to me and I can't wait until they are older so I can introduce them to you all.

Professionally: Winning HJ's British Hairdresser of the Year the first time was a lifelong ambition and winning the second time was greater than I could have imagined!

It confirmed to me it wasn't just luck and that all my hard work had been recognised, making every moment worthwhile.



Tell us three things no one knows about you

• I don't believe in superstition. In fact, I'm so against it I will look for ladders to walk under.
• I used to be a rockabilly. I loved the 1950s and was possibly one of the youngest people to have a quiff at 11.
• I'm an avid fan of mixed martial arts, it keeps me disciplined and fit.
