Entrants need to supply a written entry covering the following:
500 word opening statement
- Explaining how your customer care policy sets you apart from the competition
- Bullet points covering the main aspects of your customer care policy
- A short explanation on how the policy is implemented
- Evidence of how your customer care policy has improved business ie, a graph showing the growth in the numbers of clients and one showing growth of repeat business
- Evidence of how your clients have benefited from your customer care strategy
- Copies of promotional material
