Sponsored by OPI Entrants need to supply a written entry covering the following: 500 word opening statement
  • Explaining how your customer care policy sets you apart from the competition
In addition to your opening statement, please include the following in your entry:
  • Bullet points covering the main aspects of your customer care policy
  • A short explanation on how the policy is implemented
  • Evidence of how your customer care policy has improved business ie, a graph showing the growth in the numbers of clients and one showing growth of repeat business
  • Evidence of how your clients have benefited from your customer care strategy
