Jim Shaw of Essensuals Billericay headed up the team at a pop-up barber shop backstage at V Festival.
The Virgin Media Louder Lounge was kitted out with products from professional hair care brands, Unite and Go 24:7 and saw celebrities including Pixie Lott, the Loveable Rogues and Stacey Solomon pop for a style freshen-up.
Niall Horan, Olly Murs, Amelia Lily and Tulisa also paid a visit to the salon for consultations, leaving with personally prescribed product must-haves.
Asked about his experience backstage, Jim said: "We have been at the Virgin Media Louder Lounge for seven years now and it continues to be a great experience with new faces coming along. This year the Unite 7 Second Condition and the GO 24.7 Creamy Paste were on everyone’s list."

The team from Hairport UK were also on hand to showcase their skills and pamper guests at the Louder Lounge with a pop-up blow-dry bar.
Hairport is the UK's first branded team of professional mobile stylists and specialises in festivals and events.
As members of the
Virgin Media Pioneers scheme they're used to popping up wherever needed and stylists Laura Wisinger, Su Judge and Kamani Lomas, as well as director Ben Sperry, were all on hand over the weekend to glam up backstage guests.

Over the weekend they styled hair for around 150 guests, including supermodel Jourdan Dunn (left), Amelila Lily and Louise Thompson. There was also time to pose with Danny from the Script!
Ben says: "We were fully booked on both days within 20 minutes of opening and could have easily been fully booked with a team twice the size.
"It was a huge success and the reviews and feedback we've had has been great!"
