Beverly c offers five star inspiration

Beverly C put on a five-star performance as she took the audience through a journey of some of her favourite collections, including her latest collection, Identity, when she hosted An Evening with... at the Goldwell Academy.

Working live on stage on five very different looks, Beverly described how she achieved the colour and explained how they related to the current trends and how they could be adapted for photographic work or toned down for clients.

The quintet of models included some of her favourite techniques of the moment such as soft undercuts, asymmetrical fringes, crimping to create volume and texture and using Colormatch hair extensions for eye-popping avant garde creations.

Each technique and look was carefully referenced back to photographic work and it was impossible not to be inspired by Beverly's experience and knowledge, which she also used to offer the audience advice on how they could plan and organise their own photoshoots.

As the evening drew to a close, Beverly unveiled her new collection Identity, a beautiful and atmospheric collection inspired by this year's trend for going back to basics; and urged the audience to follow her lead and rediscover traditional hairdressing techniques.
