Blow dry Thickening Hairspray throughout the hair. 2. Section the hair with fingertips and rub small amounts of Brilliantine into the roots. Blow dry with lift. 3. Brush through with a flat brush, apply more Brilliantine to the lengths of the hair for separation, then tuck part of the fringe behind the ear. 4. Finish with Does It All Hairspray.
