Beckham makes front cover of elle

Great to see the ever-on-trend Becks has become the first man ever to feature as the cover model of style bible Elle. It's a real testament to the growth in interest in male grooming and style in general.

This is what Elle's editor-in-chief Lorraine Candy had to say about the macho first:

"David Beckham is a national hero... He is an icon and Elle is known for featuring icons on its cover. This is a first for us on the newsstand and I believe he is loved by men and women alike. Anyway, who doesn't want to see a picture of one of the world's most handsome men on the front cover of a magazine? It will be a collector's issue."

Now, just need to find out how much he charges and invite him to pose for the next issue of HJ Men!
