Learn more about the competition, what you could win and where to apply below. Launched in 2016, the annual competition provides a platform to showcase the best creative talent in mens’ hairdressing and barbering. Housed on the BBA website as a gallery, it attracts both established and up-and-coming barbers and provides them with an opportunity to raise their industry profile while demonstrating their work to a salon audience as well as their clients. This competition runs from January to August each year – with the photoshoot taking place live at Salon International. Two winners will be selected from over 250 photographic entrants every month in two categories - Peoples’ Choice (most votes) and Judges’ Choice (chosen by the BBA Judges Team). The competition attracts over 700 individual voters each month.
