The Glamour Woman of the Year Awards in London last night were a perfect opportunity for celebrities to pull out all the stops. One of the most glamorous nights of the year, it seems stars have learnt that less is more, with simple drapes mixed with long layers and plenty of colour for a feminine but fashionable look. And when it came to the hair is seems the asymmetric updo is the favourite choice. Simply swept to one side, the asymmetric 'do looks modern but adds a little bit of interest - and best of all is flattering to every face shape. Christine Bleakley's long hair looks stunning as a short bob, while Tess Daly and Fearne Cotton both opted for the soft side bun.
