Aston and fincher cheltenham named store of the year Aston and Fincher Cheltenham Named Store of the Year Aston and Fincher Cheltenham was named store of the year at the company's annual awards, which was held at the Hyatt Regency in Birmingham. The Cheltenham team scooped the top prize on the night, which also saw individual talent rewarded across both the store and sales teams. The glitzy ceremony saw 30 awards handed out, in a celebration of a hugely successful 2014. Amongst the winners was Kelly Howard, who was named Sales Executive of the Year. Kelly was rewarded for significant growth in the Nottingham and Derby regions, working with brands including Moroccanoil, evo and Colorwow. Product manager James Clark was another notable winner, receiving the Player of the Year trophy. At just 33, he has already clocked up 17 years service with the company. In this period he has worked at almost every Aston and Fincher store, in almost every role! The Director's Award, an accolade bestowed upon somebody whose performance has exceeded expectations, was presented to commercial brands manager, Jeremy Inns. He moved into a central role in 2014, from which he has influenced the presentation of brands, worked to support the sales teams, been a key link with suppliers and most importantly grown business. Oliver Fincher, managing director, said: "I look forward to this event every year. We are busy presenting new initiatives to grow the business, but we don't forget to look back and celebrate the success we've achieved. I'm so proud of the whole Aston & Fincher team, but there is something really special about presenting the awards and being able to say a heartfelt thank you for all the hard work and loyalty from the team."
