QUESTION: Jim, have you ever had an experience in a salon or barbers that has put you off returning?


Jim says...

Yes, and in quite a few too. I don't know if I'm not assertive enough in what I ask for, whether I'm too vague or I just have hair that hairdresser's want to go nuts with, but on a number of occasions I've come out with something I didn't want!
