Are your hairdressing services worth £390,000?

If you'd washed and set a client's hair once a week for the past 40 years, you'd have got to know them pretty well.

You'd probably have become a confidante, a personal stylist and even a friend, but would you expect them to leave their entire estate, worth £390,000, to you in their will?

That's what happened to mobile hairdresser, Jill Fraser, who became the soul benefactor of sisters' Ethel Wilson and Mabel Cook's will.

Unfortunately things aren't always quite what they seem and the sisters' family, Godchildren and close friends are contesting the will as they believe that she manipulated the elderly sisters into leaving her the cash.

The case is currently being heard at the High Court, but it kind of re-visits the age-old question of what price a good hair day?
