Andrew Barton has further reinforced his partnership with the Bloom group of salons – headed up by Sheona Will – as he takes on the role of Bloom Group Brand Lead.
With over three decades of hairdressing experience, Andrew is UK Creative Ambassador for Keune and enjoys a successful working relationship with Bloom. As well as being a team member at the House of Keune by Bloom in Holborn, Andrew also sees clients by appointment at both the Glasgow and Aberdeen Bloom salons.
Launched in 2019 by Sheona Will, the Bloom salon group has three locations - London, Glasgow and Aberdeen. Commenting on his new role, Andrew says: “I have loved working alongside Sheona and helping shape her ambitions for the brand. Under Sheona’s strong leadership, Bloom has a vision for excellence, and this very much matches my own philosophy.’’
Sheona adds: “Andrew will work with me to create a consistent brand strategy, brand PR and marketing and help to create and deliver brand training.” Alongside Sheona, Andrew has been instrumental in developing the Bloom Brand Promise. Sheona explains: “This is both a team and guest faced commitment towards a standard of both client experience and signature hair. Andrew has exactly the kind of drive and determination to help us in our further plans for growth.”
The blueprint for the Bloom Brand Promise defines the guest experience and runs all the way through the business, from recruitment and onboarding team to what will be promoted and promised to its guests. Implementation has already begun.
