Alternative hair show honours vidal sassoon

The Alternative Hair Show paid its respects to Vidal Sassoon with a presentation honouring the late legend's contribution to the show.

Vidal, who was Worldwide Honorary Patron of the Alternative Hair charity, took his position extremely seriously and was a great support and influence to all those at the charity and show.

The theme of the 30th Alternative Hair Show was 'Legends', so it was a fitting evening to pay tribute to Vidal and his work. 

Accepting a special award on his behalf, Vidal's son Elan and daughter Eden spoke movingly of their father's work with the charity, as well as acknowledging the poignant fact that he had passed away on the same day as founder Tony Rizzo's son Valentino, having both fought leukaemia.
