Adam selman autumn/winter 2015: get the hair look

Jimmy Paul created a John Waters take on a classic 60s beehive for the Adam Selman Autumn/Winter 2015 show at New York Fashion Week. The show: Adam Selman Autumn/Winter 2015 The hair team: Jimmy Paul for Bumble and bumble The look: A towering 60s beehive with kiss curls on either side. The inspiration: Cookie Mueller from the John Waters movie, Female Trouble. The key product: Bumble and bumble Thickening Full Form Mousse Get the Look 1. Apply Bumble and bumble Thickening Full Form Mousse to wet hair and blow dry in. 2. Use a curling iron to create a loose set then brush it, so that it looks like it's been lived in for a few days. Sprinkle in Prêt-à-powder to break up the curls and create texture. 3. Backcomb the hair before securing front and side sections in the back of the head, leaving the back section down. Part hair to its natural side and swoop over the forehead. Then, apply a bit more Thickening Full Form Mousse – a little on the hands – all over the finished look, patting it in to deconstruct the look even further. 4. Create the pin curls on the sides with Bb.Gel.
