A once in a lifetime experience at salon international
Salon International 2011 was an event that HJi competition winner Anthony Kilcoyne of Salon 2 in Sligo will never forget.
Anthony won the chance to work as an assistant for his idol Tim Hartley at Salon International and he found the opportunity to watch Tim up close a complete inspiration.
As well as helping Tim out back stage, Anthony also found himself in the spotlight when the whole behind the sceens team were invited on the stage at the end of Tim's Rare View Salon Live show.
"I couldn't believe it when I heard I'd won," Anthony told HJi. "I have been coming to see Tim at Salon International for years so to get to work backstage with him is amazing.
"He is a complete icon and it has been such a buzz to get to work with him. I've learned so much."
