When celebrity hairdresser Andrew Barton opened his first, eponymous salon, he wanted it to be a home from home; so design team Caulder Moore spent time with Andrew in his own environment to expose his character and personality.
In fact, the colour scheme in the salon is the same as in his London apartment - different tones of grey - with accents of colour, comfortable furniture and quirky elements.
Having formally worked in Covent Garden, Andrew knew this was where he wanted his flagship salon to be, and spent months searching for the perfect premises.
"This property was exactly what I wanted. It ticked all the right boxes - right location, a traditional shop front, lovely high ceilings and a large sweeping staircase. It feels open, light and incredibly happy," he says.
