As fashion week kicks off in the capital, we round up ten of the most inspiring London session stylists to follow on Instagram this season. Don't forget to follow @hairdressersjournal too for our take on the trends from backstage and the front row.

London Session Stylists - samburnetthair

@SamBurnettHair Sam has just opened his first London salon, Hare and Bone, but will still be finding the time to be backstage at two shows with KMS California in London this weekend.

@LeighKeatesHair Cloud Nine creative ambassador Leigh Keates will be putting their tools to the test backstage at shows including Emilio De La Morena this season.

@anthonyturnerhair Anthony will be working his magic at shows including Gareth Pugh and Erdem this season; both shows which tap into the dark, romantic styles synonymous with his work.

@alipirzadeh Ali Pirzadeh is the brains behind one of our favourite shows - Ashish. We can't wait to see how he tops last season's tinsel-strand, sparkling hair.

@tinadidit Tina Outen will be styling a host of exciting London names this season, including Phoebe English and Caitlin Price. She'll also be dialling up the glamour for the Duchess of Cambridge's favourite, Amanda Wakeley.

Naoki will be partnering with Eudon Choi once again this season. Previous influences have included 60s groupies stalking a band, Georgia O'Keeffe art and the princess of the Korean Joseon dynasty so we can't wait to see what's in store for Autumn/Winter 2015!

@indiraschawy TONI&GUY's international art director Indira Schauwecker might be famous for her avant-garde work but she's a backstage regular too. We love her collaborations with Jean-Pierre Braganza and can't wait to see what's in store for this season.

@tinafarey Editorial director of RUSH Hair, Tina Farey, will be fronting the team creating hair at Central Saint Martin's this season. As one of the most creative shows on the schedule, boosting the careers of future stars of the British fashion industry, this is one not to miss.

@hershesons Luke Hersheson and his team are some of London's busiest session stylists when London Fashion Week rolls around. This season, Luke will be designing the hair look for shows including Roksanda Ilincic, Michael Van Der Ham and Jonathan Saunders.
