Kerry is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Appearance Research, University of the West of England—a world-leading centre for psychological and interdisciplinary research on appearance, visible difference, and body image. She has over a decade of NHS mental health experience and completed her PhD developing resources for individuals with skin conditions. Kerry has led national work on hair loss as Psychological Wellbeing Lead at Alopecia UK and is recognised as a leading expert in the psychology of hair loss and in developing low-intensity interventions to support those affected
