24-hour hairathon raises money for teenage cancer trust

The House of Hair salon in Eastleigh, Hampshire, held a 24-hour hairathon in aid of the son of one of their stylists, who is suffering from Ewings Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer.

The team worked non-stop in the salon, with clients coming in throughout the day and night for appointments, a chat and bringing Prosecco to raise the team's spirits. The 24-hour event raised more than £3,147 for Sarcoma UK, The Teenage Cancer Trust and the family.
