Taylor Borthwick is a 21 year old stylist at Myka Salon in Bathgate whose career has already seen her work backstage at London Fashion Week, perform live at Salon International, and join the Revlon Professional Visionaries Team. Passionate about creative colour, extensions, and education, Taylor has taught her first course, become a finalist in the Pro Hair Awards 2025 and is now a finalist in the Creative HEAD It List as One to Watch.
Catherine Thomas, owner of Salon Couture in Kent and an Education Consultant for Revlon Professional, is a versatile and highly skilled stylist celebrated for her precision cutting, creative colouring, and trend-led styling. Her reputation for innovation and heartfelt connection has made her both a trusted salon leader and a respected voice within the wider hairdressing industry.
Carol Ritchie is the owner of Carol Richie Bespoke Hair in Southsea, Portsmouth. With 35 years experience, Carol has a solid clientele offering bespoke colour, cutting, extensions and bridal work. As an Osmo Artist, she educates hairdressers across the UK and is a regular face at industry events. Her bridal expertise is in demand and she is often called upon for her expertise by publications around the world.
Harry Andreou has been a hairdresser for 20 years, and in that time, has become a master of his craft. During COVID I took a step back from the industry for a time but came back more motivated than ever to push forward, with a clearer focus on creativity, connection, and growth. Based in Winchester, Harry has been part of the Fellowship’s FAME Team, and is now a mentor for other young hairdressers, offering styling, cutting, colouring and session hair advice and encouragement.
Growing up in a family of hairdressing, Elle has always loved the environment, the artistry and passion found in the salon. Based at Tribe in Clapham Common, Elle trained at Sassoon and now trains the next generation at the two-salon business. Elle is no stranger to awards – she won the L’Oreal Colour Trophy Star Award, has been a member of the Fellowship FAME team and was a finalist for Newcomer of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards and Most Wanted Salon Stylist.
Teresa Weller is a multi-award-winning stylist and owner of Teresa Weller Hair Art. She has recently opened a brand-new salon, reflecting her passion for combining creativity with exceptional client care. A finalist in the British Hairdressing Awards 2024, Teresa is known for her precision cutting, personalised colour work, and ability to build lasting client relationships. She has also carved out a respected niche in bridal hair, founding The Bridal Hair Artists
Meg Piper is an award-winning stylist and colourist based in Manchester, celebrated for her expertise in vivid colour and technical cutting. Beginning her career at 19, she trained under industry leaders, including at the Vidal Sassoon Academy, and developed a distinctive approach that blends bold colour with effortlessly wearable cuts. Meg is a two-time Salon Awards Stylist of the Year and winner of the 2024 Hairdotcom Scholarship with the Fellowship for British Hairdressing.
Aurelija Norvaisiene from Lithuania started her hairdressing journey in a barber shop and also supported Schwarzkopf Professional backstage at shows. After 12 years in South East London, motherhood led her to Chatham. She has now been at Salon Couture in Kent for four years and can’t wait to get back on the Salon International stage!
Charlotte O’Flanagan is the creative force behind Charlotte Paints Hair. With more than a decade of experience in the hair and beauty industry, she has built a reputation for her artistry, innovation, and dedication to her craft. Always at the forefront of colour trends and techniques, Charlotte works closely with world-renowned brand, such as GHD and Davines, and regularly takes part in awards and industry showcases to keep her salon at the cutting edge.
Jacob Scully is Creative Director and Head of Education at ScullyScully, where he leads the salon’s art team and develops young talent. Trained at Sassoon Academy, Jacob is a three- time UK winner of the Kao Global Creative Awards Creative Cutter of the Year. With session, editorial and education experience, Jacob is fast becoming one of the industry’s brightest rising stars.
Ashley was part of the Revlon Professional Visionaries team in 2023 and there has been no stopping him since! As a Celebrity Balayage, Corrective Colour and Hair Extension Specialist, Ashley has been manager of Directors in Bearsted, Kent for nine years and has worked in the industry for 17 years. Ashley is now a Creative Artist for Revlon Professional and has been a finalist for Southern Hairdresser of the Year at the BHBAs twice - in the frame again in 2025.
Demi has grown with re:new Hair & Beauty from apprentice to her current role as Senior Master Stylist. She has achieved her Colour Master’s Degree and is proud to be State Registered with the Hair and Barber Council, reflecting her dedication to her craft and the industry. Specialising in creative colouring and professional hair-up styling, Demi is the go-to for clients seeking everything from stunning bridal looks to glamorous occasion hair.
I have been barbering in the industry of the last 9 years, 5 years at Gents Barber Club Botley as Senior Barber and Manager. I'm an ambassador for Spencer Scissors and an Uppercut Deluxe Stockist. I'm also a very active advocate for men's mental health and its connection to barbering, being an ambassador for a clothing company called Klatch Collective that promote the conversation around men's mental health.
Chris Grimley is a multi-award-winning hairdresser with over 40 years of experience in the industry. Having built a distinguished career spanning salon ownership, education, and session work, Chris has become a respected name in professional hairdressing. As the owner of Fusion Hair Co for the past 18 years, she leads a talented team of seven, establishing the salon as a destination renowned for its welcoming and inclusive approach to all hair textures.
With over 18 years in the industry, Lukas Payne is more than a hairstylist — he’s a creative visionary. Based in Wolverhampton, he runs a private boutique salon, delivering a personalised and premium experience in a welcoming space. Renowned for crafting bespoke looks that celebrate individuality and natural beauty, Lukas combines technical mastery with artistic flair. He is the Winner of Visionaries Re-Mastered 2025, a Revlon Professional Colour Specialist 2025.
I'm a stylist with nearly 7 years experience currently working at Ena salon. I've trained at Allilon education & Sassoon Academy. This year I was proud to join the Cloud Nine junior mentor team and work on a new campaign for 2025. As well as teaching colleges on the vtct tour and being a part of London fashion week.
Andy Dawson began his barbering career at 17, turning down university offers to pursue his passion for hair. He rose through one of the industry’s most renowned brands, progressing from student to business partner and international educator. In 2024, Andy became a proud Matakki Scissors Ambassador, representing the global brand while also being named UK All Round Barber of the Year at the Modern Barber Awards — adding to his North East and Scottish titles.
Hi I’m Toby, I’ve been barbering 2 years now and have won the raw talent competition in 2024 giving me the opportunity to be on stage at barber connect. In the 2 years of barbering I have achieved so much and improved to a level where I have a loyal clientele at Levels Barbershop and want to push my name out there make my own story and be the next big time barber.
Hi I’m Ben and I’ve been cutting hair for 3 years now. Last time I came to salon international I won the student category for the raw talent competition. I have had the opportunity to cut hair on stage twice since and am coming back to salon international to cut hair on stage again.
Olivia is a up and coming stylist, a Creative Director based at Honeycomb Hair in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Over the last few years, Olivia’s been dedicated to growing her profile and portfolio achieving places on the fellowships ClubStar, Project X, and Schwarzkopfs YAT team. This year, Olivia had taken on the Mantle as the first ever head of the youth board for the Fellowship for British hairdressing. Most recently, she was featured as Hairdresser Journals “New Wave Talent” talking about her growth.
I am Marvin, 30 years old & now 10 years already self-employed as a hairdresser. My heart beats for long hair & extensions. I own a Salon with a team of 8 wonderful people around me & my own extension brand with my colleague. Phoenixhair-Extensions is our heart project for everyone who wants to work with good Hair extensions. In June 2025 I won the Hairslam Competition at the hairfestival in Hamburg & I'm really looking forward to the Salon international fair to be on stage and show my Creativity.
Craig Henderson is the Director of Craig’s Barbershop in Bolton and is widely recognised as The Neurodivergent Barber. His work focuses on creating inclusive, sensory-friendly spaces where both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients feel comfortable and supported. Craig’s journey began with a vision to remove the barriers many families face when it comes to something as simple as a haircut.
From a young age, Georgina knew hairdressing was the path for her and as she got older the passion grew stronger. Now, with seven years behind the chair, she loves nothing more than helping someone get a new look. Based at The Hair Movement in Sidcup, Georgina works with clients, training and product development.
Martin is 35 years old and has been in the hair industry for over 17 years. He began his career in hairdressing with Headmasters, where he quickly built a strong client base and was nominated for both Busiest Stylist of the Year and Best Male Image awards. Since 2014, Martin has focused on his craft in barbering, and today he’s proud to be a Creative Stylist at Diligents Male Grooming, where he brings experience, precision, and creativity to every client.
Georgia Mountain is a multi-award-winning hair artist and educator whose passion for creativity and education continues to inspire the next generation of stylists. At just 24, she has already managed a salon team, launched her own successful business, and built a thriving client base at Lulabells in Norfolk. Balancing artistry, mentorship, and purpose, Georgia is one of the industry’s brightest young talents.
Gemma Miles is an award-winning hair professional with over 26 years of experience in the industry. As the Ladies Trainer for Team GB, she plays a key role in developing elite talent on the international stage. In 2025, Gemma launched her own Hair Academy, dedicated to providing the highest standards of education and inspiring the next generation of hairstylists.
My names Louis, @lw.barbers I’m a barber from Kent. I started cutting hair for my mates from my garage at 16, by 17 I was qualified and working in my first shop, by 18 I started cutting hair for influencers / YouTubers around London and by 19 my socials started to grow more and more and I gained even more attraction from models for personal shoots for brands and from then on I carried on progressing.
As one of the Top Stylists at Bloom Lifestyle Salon in Aberdeen, Rheece brings over 18 years of experience and a passion for creativity to everything she does. Specialising in balayage, hair-ups, and creative cutting, she combines technical skill with an eye for individuality and style. Her talent has taken her to incredible places, including styling at the National Television Awards and winning this year’s in-house Bloomers competition, opening the door to even more exciting opportunities ahead.
Kyle Dickson, a Matakki ambassador from Glasgow, Scotland, is a true artist in the world of barbering. His passion for creating beautiful mid-length styles and his exceptional scissor work are evident in his impressive social media content, which has earned him a loyal following. A dedicated Matakki user for years, he credits his first pair, the Black Ninja 6.5”, as a favourite that solidified his trust in the brand.
Dean Lawton-Taylor is celebrating more than 20 years in hairdressing, picking up a host of awards and accolades along the way including Colour Genius Award and Creative Image Award. Based at Trinder Hair Studio in St Albans, Dean is the current winner of the Eastern region at the L’Oreal Colour Trophy where he was also named runner up. He is known for creating beautiful, wearable colour with simple techniques that encourage clients to return again and again.
My name is Roman. I’ve started cutting hair when I was 17 years old, back in Ukraine. At age of 20 - I’ve moved to Poland, where I’ve became not just a well known barber but also an educator, taught over 50 people in very short time, who became then successful barber. With all circumstances happening in the world I’ve decided to continue my journey in United Kingdom. Now I am based in Durham, where I am a part of family, of the place called Three Blades Club.
Phoebe is the Salon Director at HJ in Forest Row, known for her expertise in creating high- quality, low-maintenance colours and cuts that hold their shape and style beautifully between appointments. Her talent has been recognised with major achievements, including being a finalist in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy 2022 and winning a place on the prestigious Visionaries Remastered Mentorship Programme with Revlon Professional in March 2025.
Amelia began her hairdressing journey with Blades in September 2020 as an apprentice and has since progressed to her current role as Senior Stylist. Completing her Level 3 NVQ with a Distinction at college, she also reached the finals of Visionaries 2024. Amelia thrives on salon creativity, with a particular love for colouring and precision cutting, and she is always eager to embrace new opportunities to learn and grow.
Mr Asare Andrews Commonly known as Active_Barber1 Is an Entrepreneur who finds interest in several other spheres of business aside the Barbering work. He poses as an Artist and a fashion Designer by profession and has embarked on a number of Philanthropic projects that seek to fulfill his corporate social responsibility aspect of the business he does . With his achievements, to mention but a few, he has been honored as the Best Barber of the Year 2022 by the Ghana Beauty Awards
Mel Brough is an award-winning colour correction specialist with over 12 years of experience in the hair industry. Renowned for a passion for creative and alternative styles, Mel has collaborated with leading brands, assisted on editorial photoshoots, and showcased work at prestigious hair shows. Beyond the salon, she has built a dedicated community of more than 27,000 followers on social media, sharing educational and inspiring content that empowers both clients and professionals alike.
