Sophia hilton leads l'oréal professionnel colour specia-list course

L’Oréal Professionnel has joined forces with industry stalwart Sophia Hilton to create an inspirational day course spanning four locations around the UK and Ireland, as part of the brand's A-List education offering. Colour SpeciA-List education is for those who have already completed the L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Specialist course and are looking to continue their learning and be inspired by industry experts. For this course Sophia focussed on ‘Fighting the Instagram era’ and key areas that are a huge talking point in the industry right now such as; ‘what happens in your client’s mind, ‘how to deal with the difficult consultation that Instagram has brought’ and ‘techniques clients think there are no options for’. Regarding the course she commented: "Having education after the L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Specialist is really important because often we feel like we have got to the top of the ladder and there are no more courses to go on for colour. To know that there are other options and things we can do after we have reached a high level can keep us inspired as there is so much more we can learn." Sophia was supported by the L’Oréal Professionnel Innovation Team during the course to share their feedback and ideas. The innovation team is open to audition every January for any qualified L’Oréal Professionnel colour specialists. To enter, a three minute video audition must be created and watched by guest artists who select the team who will have the pleasure of previewing all new launches.
