The nhf launches sister association the national beauty federation

The National Hairdressers Federation (NHF) has announced a new sister trade association called the National Beauty Federation (NBF). The NHF is a well-respected trade association in the hairdressing sector. It provides business support for hair salons, barbershops and beauty salons. Chief executive Hilary Hall said: "We recognised the NHF name is a barrier for beauty salons, yet we know our beauty salon members value the free business support included in membership. The obvious solution was to establish a sister trade association which builds on the NHF heritage, but is easily recognisable within the beauty sector. The new NBF clearly shows high quality, specialist support is available to beauty salons too, but tailored for the unique challenges of running a beauty business.”
